I’m looking to hear from you CS, sales and renewal managers who are managing the process (or tag a rock star you know):
– What’s on your dashboard?
– Where do you track the data, e.g. salesforce, CS platform, spreadsheet?
– How do you discuss with customers?
– Who is responsible, e.g. CSM, Acct Mgr, AE, Renewal Mgr?
– How do you handle “long tail” customer renewals?
