Onboarding vs. implementation

Onboarding and implementation aren’t the same thing.

Implementation is about systems:

– processes
– project plans
– requirements
– spreadsheets
– configurations

Onboarding is all the about people:

– validating business objectives
– relationship development
– sharing best practices
– change management
– success planning
– training users

Different but intertwined.

And must address both.
