How do you build trust virtually?
Yes, video meetings, slack and other communication tools help us communicate better. But **trust** is foundational to making true progress when solving problems.
One important part of our consulting process at Customer Imperative is customer journey design. And we often facilitate face to face workshops to build alignment amongst the teams we’re working with and accelerate the design process.
So…
Like everyone else, we’re going to be doing more remote workshops in the near term. Of course, we’ll use tools like mural (mural dot co) and zoom.
