Communicating With Our Customers

Now’s a great time to test new ways of engaging and communicating with our customers.

Recorded video and audio are probably the most obvious.. and possibly underutilized. Customers can consume when they want to, and everyone has a state-of-the-art studio in their pocket with their smart phone.

Videos, in particular, can help build trust and intimacy with customers without having to be on a live call.
