What’s the difference?

Account Manager
– builds and maintains relationships
– responsible for account growth plans
– oversees expansion sales cycle

Customer Success Manager
– builds and maintains relationships
– elicits customer objectives / measures
– consultative action toward those objectives

For enterprise SaaS we need both roles to create win/win partnerships (along with many others along the way).
