One of the most customer-centric people in our company is Lisa Gilley.

Her role?

General Counsel.

(our in-house lawyer)

Her job:

– listening
– managing risk
– creating *win-win* with our customers

Legal is part of the customer experience.

After all, a contract negotiation may be the first moment of truth in a new customer relationship.

And whether you have to manage / negotiate contracts directly or not, CS pros should understand the contractual customer relationship.
